1. How do I place an order?

Browse through our collections, select the product, choose your size, and click on **‘Add to Cart.’** Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details to confirm your order.

2. What sizes are available?

We offer sizes from XS to XXL (or as per product availability). A size chart is provided on every product page to help you choose the perfect fit.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible for any changes.

4. What are the payment options?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and **Cash on Delivery (COD)** for selected pin codes.

5. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is **free on prepaid orders above ₹999.** For orders below this amount or COD orders, a small shipping charge may apply (mentioned during checkout).

**6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes **3–7 working days**, depending on your location and COVID-related or seasonal delays.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a **7-day return or exchange** on unused products with original tags and packaging. Sale items or customized pieces are not eligible for return.

8. How do I return or exchange a product?

Go to the **‘My Orders’** section and click on **‘Return/Exchange.’** Follow the instructions. You’ll get updates via email/SMS. We offer reverse pickup in most locations.

We’re sorry! Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
